This ancient bronze coin from 208-133 BC Mysia Pergamon (modern day Turkey) depicts the Head of Athena on one side and an owl on the other. In Greek mythology Athena was the goddess of war, wisdom and craft. She was also represented by the owl. The coin is set in a simple gold bezel. This necklace is one of a kind.
